A Day At Our Elementary School
Our blended Kinder-1st grade program has a daily schedule that is divided in to work cycles that, similar to schools in Finland, allow for 15 minute breaks every 45 minutes. During these main work cycles, the learning areas will be taught in English in the mornings and in Spanish in the afternoons. Instruction is entirely in Spanish on Fridays. Topics, themes, and subjects will vary to include mathematical skills, linguistic skills in English & Spanish (reading and writing), history, geography, science, physical education, arts, music, & dance.
