Admissions Policies
At Sol Spanish Immersion School, we seek to build a diverse and vibrant student body that is aligned with the school's mission and values. We believe in a holistic, child-centered, and play-based approach to learning, and our admissions process is designed to find families who will thrive in and contribute to this community. We welcome applicants from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, with an emphasis on those who show an enthusiasm for language learning and an appreciation for a global perspective.
Kindergarten entry age: To enter kindergarten, a child must be five years old by September 30th of the enrollment year. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Sibling priority: Priority for future enrollment is given to siblings of currently enrolled students.
Capacity considerations: While we strive to accommodate as many students as possible, our capacity to meet the needs of each applicant is thoughtfully considered during the decision-making process. The school reserves the right to refuse admission if it is determined that a student's needs cannot be adequately supported by the school's resources.
Non-discrimination policy: The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic or national origin in the administration of its admissions policies.
